To add a logo or artwork, choose Business Logo / Artwork in the personalization section and upload your file. SVG, AI, EPS, or a vector PDF is preferred. Clear, high-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted.

If your file needs cleanup to engrave well, we’ll contact you before we start. An art prep fee may apply to individual orders and will be quoted for your approval before production. Art prep fees are waived on bulk orders of 12 or more.

Your design is laser engraved through the powder-coated finish to reveal the stainless steel beneath. Fine details and very small text may need adjustment for clear engraving. Logo orders receive a digital proof for approval before engraving.

Hand wash only. Wash the tumbler and lid with mild dish soap and a soft sponge, rinse thoroughly, and allow both to dry before reassembling. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbers that could damage the finish.

Production time varies by product, quantity, artwork requirements, and current order volume. Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and is separate from production time.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order is prepared for shipment.

Because customized products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, customer ordering error, incorrect personalization information, or approved artwork.
