SteadySolve Terms of Service
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the SteadySolve website and services. By placing an order, submitting artwork, approving a proof, accepting a quote, or purchasing a product from SteadySolve, you agree to these terms.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Many SteadySolve products are personalized, engraved, printed, sublimated, laser marked, UV printed, or otherwise manufactured specifically for the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, spelling, dates, quantities, colors, artwork, logos, and other specifications.
Production may begin once the required information, artwork, payment, and any requested approval have been received.
Because custom products are produced specifically for the customer, returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Customer-Supplied Artwork and Logos
Customers may provide logos, artwork, photographs, text, designs, trademarks, or other materials for use on customized products.
By submitting these materials to SteadySolve, the customer confirms that they own the materials or have permission or authorization to use and reproduce them for the requested products.
The customer authorizes SteadySolve to reproduce, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and apply the submitted materials solely for the purpose of preparing proofs, producing the requested products, and fulfilling the order.
SteadySolve does not claim ownership of customer-supplied logos, artwork, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
The customer is responsible for claims arising from materials they submit without the necessary rights or authorization.
Artwork and Production Files
Artwork may require adjustments to size, orientation, resolution, color mode, line thickness, or other production characteristics so that it can be engraved, printed, sublimated, laser marked, or otherwise produced.
When significant changes affect the appearance of the finished product, SteadySolve may request customer approval before production.
SteadySolve may decline artwork that cannot reasonably be reproduced using the selected product or production method.
Proofs and Approvals
Some personalized, business, bulk, or custom orders may require a digital proof or other approval before production.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs for spelling, layout, artwork, quantities, personalization, and other order details.
Once a proof has been approved, SteadySolve is not responsible for errors that appeared in the approved proof or in customer-supplied information.
If SteadySolve produces an item differently from the approved proof or order specifications because of our production error, the issue will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Appearance and Color
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent products, materials, engraving, printing, and colors.
However, slight variations may occur because of differences in computer and mobile displays, material characteristics, wood grain, coatings, manufacturing lots, printing processes, engraving processes, and other production variables.
Natural materials such as wood may contain variations in grain, texture, color, knots, or other characteristics. These natural variations are not normally considered defects.
Business and Bulk Orders
Business, promotional, wholesale, and bulk orders may be subject to a separate quote, proof, production schedule, minimum quantity, payment requirement, or other order-specific terms.
When SteadySolve provides written terms with a quote or business order, those terms apply to that order in addition to these website Terms of Service.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
Custom, business, and bulk pricing may differ from individual retail pricing and may be provided through a separate quote.
Orders are not considered accepted for production until required payment and necessary order information have been received.
SteadySolve reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors before production begins.
Production and Delivery
Production and shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless SteadySolve expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Production time may be affected by artwork approval, product availability, order quantity, equipment issues, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Order Refusal
SteadySolve reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders involving unlawful content, intellectual-property concerns, production limitations, suspected fraud, or materials that we reasonably determine we cannot reproduce.
If SteadySolve cancels an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct or unauthorized materials, amounts paid for the unproduced order will be refunded as appropriate.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and other website information accurate. Minor differences may occur between website representations and finished products because many SteadySolve products are handmade, customized, or produced using different manufacturing processes.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SteadySolve is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, customer-supplied errors, unauthorized artwork, carrier delays, or use of the products beyond their intended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
SteadySolve may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of an order will generally apply to that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
