For logo or artwork orders, upload your file using the Business Logo / Artwork option. We will review submitted artwork before production and contact you if clarification or adjustment is needed.
Business & Logo Orders
Add your business or organization logo for employee recognition, client gifts, events, welcome packages, promotional programs, and other branded uses.
Bulk and quantity orders are available by quote. For larger orders, artwork, quantities, production timing, and pricing may be confirmed before production begins.
Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to use any logo, artwork, trademark, or other material submitted for reproduction.

Made from premium Laserette® engravable leatherette with precision stitching, reinforced folded edges, gunmetal snap closures, and a built-in cable access opening.
The tray ships flat and snaps together into a structured catchall tray in seconds.

Production & Shipping
Each customized SteadySolve product is made to order. Production begins after we receive the required personalization details, artwork, payment, and any necessary approval.
Production time varies by product, quantity, artwork requirements, and current order volume. Shipping transit time begins after production is complete and is separate from production time.
Tracking information will be provided when available after the order is prepared for shipment.
Custom Order Returns
Because customized products are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, customer ordering error, incorrect personalization information, or approved artwork.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or was produced incorrectly due to an error by SteadySolve, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery so we can review the issue.
